I'm highly impressed with their customer service team. They were prompt in their responses, they stayed on the line and talked me through different testing steps to establish what the issue was and most impressively, they stayed in touch to update me about the progress of the delivery of the required part. The repairer was very friendly and came right on time as he informed me he would and within a few minutes, had replaced the faulty part, tested it and got the TV working without any issue. It was, overall, a very satisfactory experience.

TCL appointed Alex as their technician to assess my 85" tv that was under warranty. When I contacted him and explained my issues and sent him a few photos, he assessed it, explained straight away that it was not repairable and he sent a report to TCL informing them of the issue. They agreed to replace it with the new model which they sent to him . He received it Friday and it was installed at my place Monday. It was a pleasure to meet him and I will always have his phone number in my phone as a trusted technician. Thank You.

I had issues with my nearly new TCL tv. After many battles with the manufacturer, and false starts with other technicians, they eventually agreed to send Alex from AK Electronics. Alex came to the house and thoroughly evaluated our tv. On his recommendation TCL agreed to replace the tv under warranty.

I found Alex Khan simply by Googling for TV Repairs Near Me. His AK Electronixs business popped up and it had very good reviews. So I arranged to drop off to Alex my 55" Plasma LG TV. For a reasonable fee, I paid him to "fault find " the set and see if it would be feasible to repair it. Alex was very personable and honest about the likely options and came back to me with 24 hrs with a quote to repair the set. Another 24 hours allowed him to complete the repair ( a screen problem) and he test ran it until I could get there to pay / collect. I have to give Alex a top score and have already recommended him to others. The total cost for me was $ 260, which I thought was good value to get a 55" LG back in a very short time !

Alex really knows his stuff! I was sure that my TV was going to landfill but Alex fixed it for $85 by replacing two tiny components on two boards, where most repairers would quote to replace the boards making it too expensive to fix. Thanks Alex, I’ll be using your expert service again!

I had an issue with my TV after just 9 months and the supplier requested a replacement. Enter Alex who made contact with me to arrange the replacement and reinstall of the TV. Workshop assessments charges starts from $65 for a standard size TV; in-home callout charges depend on your location.

Yes we offer same day service, though this also depends on availability of spare parts.

How long does a typical repair take?

If we have the required parts on hand repairs take less than a day, including testing.

Do you provide a warranty for your repair services?

We provide warranty for all of our repairs.

An assessment is required to determine the cause of the problem, parts availability and if it’s economical to repair.
